Moms Actually is a motherhood community that aims to redefine motherhood and break away from the unhealthy expectations society has placed on women.
Our community provides spaces for women to authentically relate to each other in a society that often prioritizes appearances over genuine experiences.
We host a visual podcast that addresses the experiences of womanhood, sisterhood and motherhood through candid and transparent discussions We have discussed a range of topics, including marriage, dating, single motherhood, body image, miscarriage and child loss, blended families, the impact of social media, entrepreneurship, mental health and much more.

Welcome to Moms Actually
Hosted by Blair Gyamfi, Sopha Rush and Morgan Taylor, Moms Actually is a talk show designed to create a safe space for moms and friends to have genuine, relatable and inspiring discussions.
These topic-based conversations are aimed at debunking the “glossy” image of parenting on social media that drives our expectations of life - our looks, our success, our relationships and even how we parent. We aim to build a community for motherhood and sisterhood that supports those who have felt alone in their personal parenting journey.
Season 1 features guests such as Tamar Braxton, Erica Campbell, Bri Babineaux, Tammy Franklin and Carrington Franklin-Nakwaasah sharing their experiences on first-time motherhood, body image, marriage and motherhood as well as intimacy after having children.
Starting this month, we will be releasing episodes weekly on YouTube and Podcast platforms.
